Exeter surveyors is headed by Director Lee Gallon, a Chartered Surveyor with many years’ post-qualification experience – an expert in home surveys and asset management work across Devon.
Lee is an experienced professional with a diverse range of skills. He has worked in Exeter in the profession for many years and is competent to survey both residential and commercial property, as well as other building and property assets.
Lee has a particular interest in surveying listed and period properties, which require a different survey approach from those of a more modern construction.
Lee has obtained a post-graduate Diploma in Architectural Conservation from Plymouth University and is well versed with the various methods of traditional building design, repair and alterations to listed buildings in particular.
Exeter is the county town of Devon and home of the magnificent Exeter Cathedral. Its Synagogue is the third oldest Synagogue in Britain, completed in 1763. The building ruins of Rougemont Castle also known as Exeter Castle is located in the city where the last witches in England were tried and convicted to death in 1682. All the buildings inside the walls were swept away in the 1770s to make room for the building of the new Exeter Court House. Exeter University is ranked in the top 200 universities in the world for its academic achievements.
